Lake Nona is the home to several smaller subdivisions. 4 of these subdivisions are located off of Moss Park Rd and derive their name from this road. Each neighborhood has its own unique flavor and style. Moss Park Elementary is also located in the area.

The Enclave at Moss Park is medium sized community that is planned for 320 three and four-bedroom single-family homes and two, three and four bedroom town homes are planned. These homes are being built by Beazer Homes.
